It's AAC tourney title or bust for UConn

Everything I said in my previous post and yesterday's column? Yeah, never mind. UConn's loss to Cincinnati pretty much ensures the Huskies won't get an at-large bid to this year's Big Dance. If the Huskies want a chance to defend their title, they'll have to win he league tourney in Hartford March 12-15.

Most every announcer who does commentary during sledteam telecasts deserves the mute button and receives it with rapidity. The won standout is pete gillen from fairfield u. This pro provides very on point views from a coach perspective in the flow of the game. He is the only won that never is muted, even when the sleddogs are down double digit deficit. However, this gent strictly depends on his coach i. During a recent tilt after cassel converted his only 3 of the year this announcer stated with conviction that cassel is an excellent shooter. Ha, Ha Ha. It then became oh so obvious this commentator does zero, nada, nil, none, never never ever homework regarding roster stats. I guess this pro gets rated 777 for humorousness comical silly in addition to making a bad team playing for a bad assistant coach playing a bad opponent in a bad arena at a bad pace in a berri bad conference appear watchable.

It appears the only enrollees shopping Storrs are dudes in commuting distance of mommy's home cookin. The deux l'homme in fold are prime time examples. Big boy signees want to have fun to play in high octane games of 99-87 ilk versus opponents that people have heard of at least once in last decade. Not preecherman stylin 17-12 outcomes vs directional teams from florida or carolina.
